Position: Sales Consultant
General Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist buyers in finding their ideal property based on individual preferences, priorities, and financial capabilities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for available projects.
- Educate buyers on the benefits of purchasing projects from Noah Real Estate.
- Stay informed about current projects, market conditions, pricing, financing options, and legalities to provide informed advice.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to supervisors regarding potential buyers and customer interactions.
- Actively participate in internal and external events to boost brand visibility and generate leads through various channels.
- Identify potential buyers, conduct follow-up calls, visit project sites, and close sales.
- Utilize digital and offline marketing tools creatively to promote properties.
- Understand marketing, sales strategies, and the real estate industry.
- Work effectively under pressure and independently.
Qualifications for Sales Consultant
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), Law, Sales & Marketing, or related fields from a recognized institution. - Selection Process:
- Entry exam for selected candidates.
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency through written and oral interviews.
