1: Office secretory
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Proven proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English
Proven ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in all three languages
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Proficient in the use of office equipment, software, and technology, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive, professional manner
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and helpful demeanor

2: Fundraising and Research expert
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, donor relations, or resource development
Proven track record of securing significant gifts and grants from a diverse range of funding sources
Excellent research, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling fundraising materials
Proficient in the use of donor database software, research tools, and other relevant technologies
Passion for the organization’s mission and a commitment to sustainability and growth
3: Web and Social Media Officer
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s degree computer science or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in website management, social media marketing, and digital content creation
Proficient in using a variety of content management systems, social media platforms, and digital analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective digital content
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Passion for the organization’s mission and a commitment to leveraging digital channels to drive impact
