Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in related field of study.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
