Stand for Vulnerable Organization (SVO) is a non-profit and non-political organization focused on child development. We are committed to creating a generation that rejects poverty in all its forms. We are currently seeking to hire qualified employees for the following positions:

Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in accounting or a similar role; experience in factories is preferable.
• Skills:
  • Introductory understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Place of Work: Ambo

Position 2: Junior Auditor

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in auditing or a similar role; experience in factories is preferable.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Place of Work: Ambo

Position 3: Junior Supervisor

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an administrative or directorial role; experience in factories is preferable.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and marketing skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and promotional strategies.
• Location: Ambo/Burayu, Ethiopia

Other Requirements

• Ability and experience to work under pressure.
• Ability to work and live with a team.
• Language Proficiency: English and Afan Oromo (knowledge of both Afan Oromo and Amharic is preferable).
