Transsion Manufacturing Plc is hiring for various positions at our factory located in the Ethio ICT Village, Bole Lemi Industrial Park.
Available Positions
1. Sales Representative
- Education: BA or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years, preferably in mobile/electronic sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication in English and local language; proficient in Microsoft Office.
2. Accountant
- Education: First degree in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years.
- Skills: Knowledge of Ethiopian taxation laws, Excel proficiency, and accounting software; strong communication in Amharic and English.
3. Marketing Manager (IMC)
- Education: First Degree or MA in Marketing Management.
- Experience: Over 5 years in a senior marketing role.
- Skills: Analytical, creative, strong communication, and decision-making skills.
4. Assistant HR Manager
- Education: BA in Management or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in HR management, with 2 years in an administrative role; experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
5. Repairman (General Service)
- Education: College Diploma or Level 2, 3, or 4 in maintenance, electricity, or plumbing.
- Experience: More than 10 years in maintenance & repair.
- Language: Good command of English.
